The New Orleans Saints beat the Los Angeles Chargers 22-17 in Week 2 of the 2023 preseason.
Chargers quarterback Easton Stick turned the ball over three times on the night, throwing two interceptions and losing one fumble, while the Saints quarterbacks completed 63.2% of their passes for a combined 287 yards and no interceptions.
Offensive spotlight: Second-year guard Zion Johnson played 16 snaps with the starters and looked comfortable from his spot at left guard. He didn't allow a single pressure across 11 pass-blocking snaps, and he also graded well as a run-blocker.
Defensive spotlight: Chargers second-round edge defender Tuli Tuipulotu recorded one pressure across his seven pass-rush snaps and came up with a big tackle for loss against the run late in the first quarter.

Rookie spotlight: Undrafted free-agent receiver Shaquan Davis made the most of his playing time tonight, catching three of his five targets for 63 yards and two first downs. Two of his catches went for 15 or more yards, and he hauled in one of his two contested targets.
Offensive line spotlight: The New Orleans front five looked solid tonight, as they gave up just one hit and two hurries across 40 pass-blocking snaps, according to PFF's first review of the game film.
