OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: QB DANIEL JONES, NEW YORK GIANTS

Jones was on the field for just one drive in Week 2, but it was more than enough, as the Giants' starting quarterback went 8-of-9 for 69 yards and a touchdown. The most notable aspect of the drive was that Jones targeted tight end Darren Waller four times, with Waller coming away with three receptions for 30 yards. The early signs are there that the former Raiders star will be Jones’ favorite target in the regular season.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: EDGE KINGSLEY ENAGBARE, GREEN BAY PACKERS

A fifth-round pick by the Packers a year ago, Enagbare flashed with two sacks from eight pass-rushing snaps in preseason Week 2, forcing a fumble on both. He now has five total pressures from 24 pass-rushing snaps this preseason.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK: WR RASHEE RICE, KANSAS CITY CHIEFS

The Chiefs' second-round draft pick received a heavier workload this week, with nine passes thrown his way. He did drop a pass — his second drop in two weeks — but he finished with eight receptions for 96 yards. Rice has forced two missed tackles and is averaging 3.71 yards per route run so far this preseason.

OFFENSIVE LINE OF THE WEEK: DENVER BRONCOS

The Broncos were the only team to rank in the top five in both pass-blocking and run-blocking grades in preseason Week 2. Although Quinn Meinerz was the only starter who didn't allow a sack, hit or hurry, the line combined to allow only nine pressures. All five starters earned PFF run-blocking grades of 66.5 or better.
